This grant is for a one year subscription of Clinic HQ software. The value is $3,588. There are no other fees associated with using HQ. There are however optional add ons. These include text messaging (.05 cents per outgoing text message) and Shelterluv integration ($99 per month). 

A word about data migration: We can migrate data from your current software. Unfortunately, it's not an easy process for us. On average, data migrations take about 80 hours of our staff time to migrate your data. We do not charge a fee for the migration. However, we do ask you to pay for one year of HQ upfront (non-refundable). In a situation where we might award you a grant and comp the first year of service, that makes it a little weird. What we ask is that once we begin working on your migration, you pay for one year of HQ service ($3,588). This will cover the follow year of HQ service. 

Clinic must not be a non-profit clinic, and not currently use Clinic HQ software.

We'll announce the awards at the Snippys on February 24th, 2026. The subscription must begin before December 31st, 2026, otherwise the grant is forfeited.
